This guide covers all aspects of service configuration in Tiquo, from basic setup to advanced options.

Duration Settings

Fixed Duration

Standard duration for all bookings:
  • Set once, applies consistently
  • Best for standardized services

Variable Duration

Duration variants for one service:
  • 30-minute session - $50
  • 60-minute session - $90
  • 90-minute session - $120

Setup & Cleanup Time

Additional time around the service:

Dynamic Pricing

Configure price variations:
  • Peak hours: +20% during busy times
  • Off-peak: -15% during slow times
  • Weekends: Different weekend pricing
  • Seasonal: Holiday/seasonal adjustments

Deposits

Require deposits for bookings:
  • Fixed amount ($50 deposit)
  • Percentage (25% deposit)
  • Full prepayment

Availability

Location Availability

Control where service is offered:
  • All locations
  • Specific locations only
  • Location-specific settings

Staff Availability

Assign qualified staff:
  1. Go to service settings
  2. Open Staff tab
  3. Select staff members
  4. Optionally set skill levels

Time Restrictions

Limit when service can be booked:
  • Days of week: Only available certain days
  • Time range: Only morning, afternoon, etc.
  • Seasons: Seasonal availability

Booking Rules

Lead Time

Minimum notice for bookings:
  • 2 hours: For simple services
  • 24 hours: For complex services
  • 1 week: For major events

Maximum Advance

How far ahead customers can book:
  • 30 days
  • 90 days
  • 6 months
  • Custom

Booking Limits

Control booking frequency:
  • Max per day per customer
  • Max per week per customer
  • Cool-down period between bookings

Capacity

Services requiring multiple resources:
  • Group classes (max 10 participants)
  • Shared equipment services
  • Limited availability services

Online Booking

Visibility

Control how service appears online:
  • Visible: Shown in booking widget
  • Hidden: Staff booking only
  • By Request: Show but require approval
