Troubleshooting

Common issues and solutions:
Cause: OAuth tokens expired Solution: Reconnect the integration
Cause: API error or rate limit Solution: Check error details, retry sync
Cause: Field mapping issues Solution: Review and adjust field mapping

Disconnecting

Remove an integration:
  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Find the integration
  3. Click Disconnect
  4. Confirm removal
Disconnecting doesn’t delete previously synced data.
