Location Management

Tiquo supports single and multi-location businesses, with each location having its own settings, staff, services, and scheduling.

Creating a Location

Navigate to Locations

Go to Settings → Locations

Click Add Location

Click the Add Location button

Basic Information

Enter location details:
  • Location name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email

Operating Hours

Set hours for each day of the week

Full address with geocoding:

Staff Assignment

Assigning Staff

Control which staff work at each location:
  1. Open location settings
  2. Go to Staff tab
  3. Toggle staff members
  4. Set primary/secondary designation

Staff Schedules

Configure working hours per location:
  • Regular weekly schedule
  • Override for specific dates
  • Vacation and time-off
Staff can be assigned to multiple locations with different schedules.

Services by Location

Available Services

Control which services each location offers:
  1. Go to location settings
  2. Open Services tab
  3. Enable/disable services
  4. Set location-specific pricing (optional)

Location-Specific Pricing

Override default pricing:
  • Higher prices for premium locations
  • Lower prices for new locations
  • Special regional pricing

Booking Settings

Location Booking Rules

Location Status

Active/Inactive

Closing a Location

When closing a location:
  1. Stop accepting new bookings
  2. Honor existing bookings or reschedule
  3. Set status to inactive
  4. Data is preserved for reporting
