Tiquo supports B2B operations with company accounts, allowing you to manage corporate clients, group multiple contacts, and handle corporate billing.

Creating Companies

Navigate to Companies

Go to Customers → Companies or use the command palette

Click New Company

Click the New Company button

Enter Company Details

Fill in company information:
  • Company name (required)
  • Legal name
  • Tax ID / VAT number
  • Industry
  • Website

Add Address

Enter billing and/or service address

Save Company

Click Create Company

Addresses

Companies can have multiple addresses:
  • Billing Address: For invoicing

Adding Contacts

Link customer profiles to companies:

Open Company Profile

Navigate to the company details

Go to Contacts Tab

Click the Contacts tab

Add Contact

  • Search for existing customer, or
  • Create new customer contact

Set Role

Assign their role at the company:
  • Primary Contact
  • Billing Contact
  • Booking Contact
  • Employee

Multiple Contacts

A company can have unlimited contacts:
  • Each contact is a full customer profile
  • Contacts can belong to multiple companies
  • Individual booking and communication history maintained

Corporate Billing

Invoice Settings

Configure company billing preferences:
  • Payment Terms: Net 15, Net 30, etc.
  • Currency: Billing currency
  • Invoice Email: Where to send invoices
  • PO Required: Require PO numbers

Credit Accounts

Set up credit for corporate clients:
  1. Enable credit account
  2. Set credit limit
  3. Define billing cycle
  4. Configure auto-charge or invoice

Consolidated Billing

Bundle multiple bookings into single invoices:
  • Weekly or monthly billing cycles
  • Itemized by employee or service
  • Automatic invoice generation

Company Orders

Booking for Companies

When creating a booking:
  1. Select the contact (employee)
  2. Associate with company
  3. Choose billing method:
    • Bill to company account
    • Bill to individual
    • Split billing

Order History

The company profile shows:
  • All orders from company contacts
  • Total company spend
  • Orders by service type
  • Payment history

Reporting

Generate company-specific reports:

Best Practices

Always designate a primary contact to ensure communications reach the right person.
