Customer Management

Tiquo provides comprehensive customer management with detailed profiles, lifecycle tracking, CLV analytics, and relationship visualization.

Customer List

The main customers view displays all your customers with powerful filtering and sorting:

Columns

Filtering

Filter customers by:
  • Lifecycle stage: Lead, Active, At-Risk, Churned
  • Location: Customers by location
  • Tags: Custom tags you’ve applied
  • Date range: Created or last active date
  • Custom fields: Any custom fields you’ve defined

Bulk Actions

Select multiple customers for:
  • Bulk tagging: Add or remove tags
  • Export: Download as CSV
  • Add to list: Marketing list assignment
  • Send campaign: Email selected customers

Click any customer to view their complete profile:

Contact Info

Name, email, phone, address, and custom fields

Complete history of all interactions

Creating Customers

Manual Creation

Click New Customer

From the customers list, click New Customer

Enter Basic Info

Required: First name, last name Optional: Email, phone, address

Add Custom Fields

Fill in any custom fields defined for your organization

Set Tags

Add relevant tags for segmentation

Save

Click Create Customer

Quick Create

During order creation, you can create customers inline:
  1. Type a name in the customer search
  2. If not found, click Create New Customer
  3. Enter minimal details
  4. Complete during or after the order

Customer Lifecycle

Tiquo automatically tracks customer lifecycle stages:

Lifecycle stages are calculated automatically based on order history and configurable thresholds.

Custom Lifecycle Rules

Configure lifecycle rules in Settings:
  • Days until “At-Risk”
  • Days until “Churned”
  • Re-activation criteria

Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)

Tiquo calculates and tracks CLV for each customer:

CLV Components

  • Historical Value: Sum of all past order totals
  • Average Order Value: Mean transaction amount
  • Order Frequency: Average time between orders
  • Predicted Value: Projected future value

Customer Tags

Organize customers with tags:

Custom Tags

Create unlimited custom tags:
  1. Go to Settings → Customer Settings
  2. Add new tag names
  3. Assign colors for visual distinction

Search & Quick Find

Press ⌘K and type customer name, email, or phone to find customers from anywhere in the app. In the customers view:
  • Name search: First, last, or full name
  • Email search: Partial or full email
  • Phone search: Any format
  • Tag filter: Select multiple tags
  • Custom field search: Search by custom field values
