The Tiquo dashboard provides a real-time overview of your business performance, recent activity, and quick access to common actions.

Key Metrics

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see your most important KPIs:

Today's Revenue

Total revenue from completed orders today

Orders Today

Number of orders created or completed

New Customers

Customers acquired today

Booking Rate

Percentage of bookings completed

Metric Details

Click any metric card to see:
  • Trend comparison: vs. yesterday, last week, last month
  • Breakdown: By location, service, or payment type
  • Quick actions: Related to that metric

Revenue Trend

Interactive chart showing revenue over time:
  • Daily view: Last 7, 14, or 30 days
  • Weekly view: Last 4-12 weeks
  • Monthly view: Last 3-12 months
Hover over data points to see exact values. Click and drag to zoom into specific date ranges.

Order Distribution

Pie or bar chart showing orders by:
  • Service category: Which services are most popular
  • Order type: Bookings vs. enquiries vs. purchases
  • Status: Pending, confirmed, completed, cancelled

Customer Analytics

Quick view of customer metrics:
  • Acquisition: New vs. returning customers
  • Lifecycle: Distribution across stages
  • Top customers: Highest value this period

Location Selector

If you have multiple locations:
  1. Use the location dropdown in the header
  2. Dashboard metrics update for selected location
  3. “All Locations” shows aggregate data

Customization

Widget Arrangement

Customize your dashboard layout:
  1. Click the Customize button (⚙️ icon)
  2. Drag widgets to rearrange
  3. Show/hide specific widgets
  4. Save your layout
Dashboard layouts are saved per-user. Team members can have different configurations.

Metric Preferences

Configure which metrics appear in the top cards:
  • Choose from available metrics
  • Set comparison period (day, week, month)
  • Toggle trend indicators

Real-time Updates

The dashboard is fully real-time:
  • Metrics update as orders are created/completed
  • Charts refresh with new data points
  • Activity feed shows events as they happen
  • No refresh needed — everything is live

Update Indicators

  • Subtle pulse animation when data changes
  • Badge counts update (notifications, pending orders)
  • Timestamp shows “just now” for recent events

Performance Tips

For optimal dashboard performance:
  1. Use location filters if you have many locations
  2. Limit date ranges for faster loading
  3. Customize widgets to show only what you need
  4. Close unused tabs to reduce memory usage
