How It Works

Pass Generation

When a customer enrolls:
  1. Tiquo generates .pkpass file
  2. Pass is signed with Apple certificate
  3. Link sent to customer
  4. Customer adds to Wallet

Pass Updates

Updates happen automatically:
  • Points earned → balance updates
  • Tier changed → pass updates
  • Offer available → notification sent

Customer Actions

Adding Pass

From email or web:
  1. Tap “Add to Apple Wallet”
  2. Review pass preview
  3. Tap “Add”
  4. Pass is in Wallet

Using Pass

At your location:
  1. Open Wallet app
  2. Select your pass
  3. Show to staff
  4. Staff scans QR code

Managing Pass

Customers can:
  • View pass details
  • See points history (on back)
  • Delete pass
  • Share pass (if enabled)
