Each customer in Tiquo has a comprehensive profile containing all their information, history, and interactions with your business.

Profile Header

The profile header shows at-a-glance information:

Customer’s profile photo (uploaded or generated avatar)

Full name and any titles

Current lifecycle stage badge

Creating Custom Fields

  1. Go to Settings → Customer Settings
  2. Click Custom Fields
  3. Add new field with:
    • Field name
    • Field type
    • Required/optional
    • Default value (optional)
    • Visibility (all staff or specific roles)

A chronological history of all customer interactions:

Notes & Attachments

Adding Notes

  1. Click Add Note in the profile
  2. Enter your note text
  3. Optionally @mention team members
  4. Click Save

Note Features

  • Rich text: Bold, italic, lists, links
  • Mentions: Tag team members to notify
  • Pinning: Pin important notes to top
  • Search: Full-text search within notes
  • History: See when notes were edited

File Attachments

Attach files to customer profiles:
  • Documents (PDF, Word, etc.)
  • Images
  • Contracts
  • ID verification
  • Consent forms
Files are stored securely and accessible only to authorized team members.

Inline Editing

Click any editable field to update it directly.

Full Edit Mode

Click Edit Profile for comprehensive editing:

  2. Make changes
  3. Click Save or Cancel
