Creating Custom Dashboards

Navigate to Dashboards

Go to Analytics → Dashboards

Click Create Dashboard

Click the Create Dashboard button

Name Your Dashboard

Enter a name and optional description

Add Widgets

Add metrics, charts, and tables

Arrange Layout

Drag and resize widgets

Single number displays:

Dashboard Layout

Grid System

Dashboards use a 12-column grid:
  • Widgets can span 1-12 columns
  • Rows auto-adjust height
  • Responsive on mobile

Arranging Widgets

  • Drag: Move widgets by dragging the header
  • Resize: Drag corners to resize
  • Reorder: Change widget order

Best Practices

Place key metrics at the top left where they’re seen first.
Give widgets enough space to be readable.
Maintain consistent colors and formats across widgets.

Dashboard Filters

Global Filters

Apply filters to all widgets:
  • Date range
  • Location
  • Staff member
  • Service category

Per-Widget Filters

Override global filters:
  • Specific date range
  • Different segment
  • Custom criteria

Sharing Dashboards

Team Access

Control who can view:
  • All team members
  • Specific roles
  • Named individuals

View vs. Edit

Permissions:
  • View only: Can see, not modify
  • Edit: Can modify dashboard
  • Owner: Full control
Create shareable links:
  1. Click Share
  2. Generate link
  3. Set expiration
  4. Share link
