Create CNAME pointing to Tiquo

Configure in Tiquo

Add domain in Settings

Verify

Wait for DNS propagation

Certificate issued automatically

DNS Configuration

Add this CNAME record: 
Name: book
Type: CNAME
Value: portal.tiquo.app
TTL: 3600

Verification

After DNS setup:
  1. Go to Settings → Domains
  2. Click Verify Domain
  3. Wait for confirmation
DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate worldwide.

Add to existing SPF or create:

Tiquo provides the DKIM value:
  1. Go to Settings → Email → Domain
  2. Copy the DKIM record
  3. Add to your DNS

Verification

After adding records:
  1. Click Verify Email Domain
  2. Tiquo checks DNS
  3. Confirmation when complete

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Cause: DNS not propagated Solution: Wait 24-48 hours and retry
Cause: Incorrect CNAME Solution: Verify CNAME points to correct destination
Cause: Missing SPF/DKIM Solution: Complete all DNS records
