Creating Categories

Navigate to Services

Go to Services in the sidebar

Click Add Category

Click Add Category button

  • Category name
  • Description
  • Display order
  • Icon/image (optional)

Service Settings

  • Name: Customer-facing name
  • Description: Detailed description
  • Category: Parent category
  • SKU: Optional internal reference
  • Duration: Service length in minutes
  • Price: Base price
  • Price Type: Fixed, starting from, per unit
  • Tax: Applicable tax rate
  • Lead Time: Minimum booking notice
  • Buffer Before: Time before service
  • Buffer After: Time after service
  • Max Per Day: Limit per day
  • Staff Required: Number of staff
  • Room/Space: Required resources
  • Equipment: Required equipment

Service Variants

For services with options:

Examples

  • Haircut: Short, Medium, Long (different durations/prices)
  • Massage: 30 min, 60 min, 90 min
  • Training: Individual, Pair, Group

Creating Variants

  1. Open service settings
  2. Click Add Variant
  3. Define variant options:
    • Name
    • Duration adjustment
    • Price adjustment
  4. Save variants

Staff Assignment

Assigning Staff to Services

Control which staff can perform each service:
  1. Open service settings
  2. Go to Staff tab
  3. Toggle staff members on/off
  4. Set skill levels (optional)

Service-Based Scheduling

When a service is selected:
  • Only qualified staff show as available
  • Scheduling respects staff working hours
  • Customer can choose specific staff or “any available”

Location-Specific Services

Location Availability

Services can be:
  • Available everywhere: Default
  • Location-specific: Only at certain locations
  • Location-exclusive: Different settings per location
