Marketing notifications and guest communication (custom app only)
Push notifications are only available to organizations with a custom Tiquo mobile app.
Push notifications allow organizations with a custom app to send marketing messages and operational guest communications directly to a customer's mobile device.
Planned capabilities include:
- Marketing campaigns sent to opted-in customers
- Booking and order confirmations
- Reminders and updates
- Targeted messages based on Lists and Segments
Push communications respect the same marketing consent rules as email, and integrate with the Tiquo CRM.
