Meeting Rooms
Configure room types, physical meeting rooms, attendee limits, pricing, and hourly availability in Simple Mode
Meeting Rooms Simple Mode separates the room option a customer selects from the physical meeting room assigned to the booking. Its workspace is named Room types & meeting rooms.

Each Room Type / Size appears as a folder containing the Meeting Rooms that can fulfil it.
Organise Buildings and Room Types
Create Building / Area categories when the sublocation contains distinct buildings, floors, or zones. Add Room Type / Size services within them, such as Boardroom, Small Meeting Room, or Conference Room.
Configure each Room Type / Size with its description, images, price, hourly duration rules, capacity, and status. Tiquo skips the category step automatically while fewer than two categories are available.
Add or Link Meeting Rooms
Open a Room Type / Size folder and choose Add Meeting Room. You can:
- Create new Meeting Room with its own capacity and availability
- Link existing Meeting Room when a physical room should be shared by more than one booking option
Drag a Meeting Room between service folders to reassign its connection. Edit the Meeting Room to manage its calendar, operating schedule, booking windows, capacity, and other inventory settings.
Configure the Booking Flow
The preset enables date and time selection, attendee count, optional Building / Area selection, and Room Type / Size selection. The hourly booking length is variable.
Use Booking Flow to manage steps, scheduling, customer details, payment, policies, layout, and deployment. Appearance, localization, and notifications are also available.
The business type is locked once services or inventory exist.
Use Advanced Mode for bookings that require several rooms at once, optional fallback resources, or multiple customer journeys. After settings are edited in Advanced Mode, that flow cannot return to Simple Mode.
