Configure subjects, classes or tutoring sessions, rooms, schedules, pricing, and capacity in Simple Mode
Classes & Tutoring Simple Mode supports scheduled group classes, lessons, and tutoring sessions. Its workspace is named Classes, sessions & rooms.

Each Class / Session appears as a folder containing the Rooms that provide its schedule and capacity.
Organise Subjects and Sessions
Create Subject / Category groups, then add Class / Session services such as Beginner French, GCSE Mathematics Tutoring, or Saturday Art Class.
Configure each Class / Session with its name, description, images, price, fixed duration, status, capacity, and access settings. Tiquo skips the category step automatically while fewer than two Subject / Category entries are available.
Add or Link Rooms
Open a Class / Session folder and choose Add Room. You can create a new Room with separate capacity and availability or link an existing Room.
Room inventory in this preset is slot based. Configure its scheduled slots and per-slot capacity to determine when the Class / Session is bookable.
Link an existing Room when several subjects or session types share the same schedule and physical capacity. Drag a Room between service folders when its connection should be reassigned.
Configure the Booking Flow
Customers choose a Subject / Category, a Class / Session, then an available date and time. Party size is disabled; availability comes from the configured room slots.
Use Booking Flow for steps, scheduling, customer details, payment, policies, layout, deployment, and the other flow settings.
Use Advanced Mode for courses made up of multiple dependent sessions, several required rooms, instructor allocation, or separate learner journeys. After settings are edited in Advanced Mode, that flow cannot return to Simple Mode.
