Events
Configure events, scheduled sessions, ticket types, pricing, and event-space capacity in Simple Mode
Events Simple Mode is built for scheduled, ticketed events. Its workspace is named Events, tickets & sessions.

Each Event is a folder that owns its schedule and contains its Ticket Types. Adding an Event automatically creates its paired Event Space inventory.
Add an Event
Click Add Event, then use:
- Edit details for the Event name, description, image, and category settings
- Edit schedule for session dates and times, capacity, and booking windows
The Event folder shows whether its availability is slot based and how many slots are configured.
Add Ticket Types
Add Ticket Types such as General Admission, Child, Member, or VIP inside the Event. Configure pricing, access rules, descriptions, and status separately for each one.
All Ticket Types in the folder share the Event schedule and capacity. Drag a Ticket Type between Event folders to reassign it.
Ticket delivery and the customer-facing quantity selector are enabled by default. Party size is disabled because customers select quantities for the Ticket Types they need.
Configure the Booking Flow
Customers choose an Event, then a scheduled date and time, then their Ticket Types and quantities. Tiquo can skip the Event choice when fewer than two Events are available.
Use Booking Flow to configure customer details, payment, policies, layout, deployment, and the other customer-flow settings.
Use Advanced Mode for events with independent customer flows, reserved-seat graphs, several capacity pools, or custom ticket-to-inventory connections. After settings are edited in Advanced Mode, that flow cannot return to Simple Mode.
