Configure exhibitions, timed sessions, ticket types, pricing, and visitor capacity in Simple Mode
Exhibitions & Museums Simple Mode is designed for timed admission. Its workspace is named Exhibitions, tickets & sessions.

Each Exhibition is a folder that owns its schedule and contains its Ticket Types. Tiquo creates the paired availability inventory automatically when an Exhibition is added.
Add an Exhibition
Click Add Exhibition, then use:
- Edit details to manage the Exhibition name, description, image, and other category information
- Edit schedule to configure timed sessions, per-session capacity, and booking windows
The folder shows whether availability is slot based and how many slots are configured.
Add Ticket Types
Add Ticket Types such as Adult, Child, Member, or Concession inside the Exhibition folder. Each Ticket Type has its own name, description, pricing, status, and access rules while sharing the Exhibition schedule and capacity.
Drag a Ticket Type from one Exhibition folder to another to reassign it.
Ticket delivery and the customer-facing quantity selector are enabled by default for this preset. This lets a booking contain multiple tickets even though the party-size step is disabled.
Configure the Booking Flow
Customers choose an Exhibition first, then a scheduled date and time, then one or more Ticket Types. If fewer than two Exhibitions are available, Tiquo can skip the category choice automatically.
Use Booking Flow to configure customer details, payment, policies, layout, deployment, and the other flow settings.
Use Advanced Mode for multiple independent visitor flows, custom capacity relationships, or booking structures that do not fit the Exhibition-folder model. After settings are edited in Advanced Mode, that flow cannot return to Simple Mode.
