Check WhatsApp campaign availability
Open Marketing > Campaigns to check WhatsApp availability. The feature is labelled Private Preview. When it is unavailable, the page shows WhatsApp isn’t active for your organization yet.
A campaign workflow is not available in that state.
Templates and campaign drafts in preview
For organisations with messaging preview enabled, WhatsApp templates must complete provider review before they can be used. Staff can watch a submitted or under-review template with its notification bell to receive one email when it is approved or rejected. Watching a template does not approve it.
Unsent campaign drafts can be edited. A failed campaign can be retried when it sent no messages. Check the campaign's actual sent count before retrying, and resolve its template or messaging-account error first.
