Euclid

Ask for dashboard help, find records, and review changes prepared by Euclid.

Euclid can answer questions using Tiquo documentation and help you work in the dashboard. It uses the controls available to your staff account, so your permissions still determine which records and actions you can access.

Turn Euclid on or off

Euclid is in beta and available to every dashboard team. It is on by default. Members with the Manage organization settings permission can turn it off or back on in Settings > Tiquo AI, under Euclid. The setting applies to the whole organisation. Turning Euclid off stops any work in progress and cancels changes waiting for approval.

Open a conversation

When Euclid is enabled for your organisation, select Open Euclid in the dashboard header. A new conversation opens at What can I help with?, with suggested requests for the page you're on. Enter a request with the record, location, and outcome you need. For example, ask it to find a customer or prepare a follow-up task with a due date.

Replies appear as Euclid writes them, so you can start reading before it finishes.

Each time you open Euclid, the conversation starts fresh. Your earlier messages are kept: scroll up and select Show past messages to load them, a few at a time.

Follow Euclid's progress

While Euclid works, the conversation shows Euclid is working with the time elapsed and a list of what it has done so far. If a request takes longer than 15 seconds, Euclid notes that it is still waiting for its next update. You can stop at any time.

For requests with several steps, a Task steps checklist shows how many steps are done and marks each one Remaining, In progress, Done, or Needs attention. A step paused for your decision shows Waiting for your approval. Collapse the checklist to see only the current step.

When Euclid moves around the dashboard for you, the conversation shrinks to a caption in the corner showing your request and what Euclid is doing. Select the caption to open the full conversation, or select Stop.

If you click or type in the dashboard while Euclid is working there, Euclid pauses and asks Take over from Euclid? Select Keep working to let it continue, or Take over to stop the request and use the dashboard yourself. Changes already saved stay saved.

Find information and prepare work

Euclid can search records, open dashboard pages, fill supported fields, and prepare changes in existing forms. Give it enough detail to distinguish records with similar names.

When a name matches more than one customer, Euclid asks Which customer do you mean? and lists the matches with their email address or phone number. Select the right customer, or refine the name, email, or phone number in your message. If you asked Euclid to open a profile, selecting the customer opens it straight away.

For product questions, Euclid can read the public documentation and link to the articles it uses. Those articles describe how Tiquo works; they do not confirm your organisation's saved settings or a service's current availability.

Review a change

Euclid opens pages, switches tabs, opens menus, scrolls, and searches without asking. Read-only requests, such as finding a record or opening a profile, don't need approval either. Before anything is created or changed, Euclid stops and asks you.

  • Changes in a form: a Review with Euclid card appears beside the highlighted control. It names the action and shows the new value or the details of the change. Select the action's button, such as Save, or Approve change. Select Cancel to stop.
  • Prepared tasks: the chat shows Waiting for your approval with Review task. Check the task, then select Yes, approve or Cancel in the task form.

Saying or typing yes in the conversation does not approve a change. A prepared task's approval expires if it waits too long; ask Euclid to prepare it again.

Other dashboard controls are temporarily unavailable during the review. After approving, wait for the result and check the saved record. An approval does not bypass validation or staff permissions.

Use voice

Select the voice button in the message box (shown when the box is empty) to talk to Euclid. Voice needs microphone access in your browser, a supported browser, and a secure connection.

A soft repeating tone plays while voice connects, and a short rising chime plays once it's connected. The status under Euclid shows Connecting…, Listening, Euclid is speaking, Euclid is working, or Microphone muted. Use the microphone button to mute and unmute. Euclid's recent steps and any task checklist stay visible in the panel while you talk.

Voice pauses while a review or a Take over from Euclid? question is open, and the status shows Voice paused.

Pause the conversation or stop work

Minimise hides the conversation while keeping its draft and ongoing work. Use Resume chat to return. Voice pauses while the conversation is minimised; a pending approval brings it back into view.

Use Stop to cancel ongoing work. Closing the conversation stops the session too. Stopping does not undo a change that has already been saved.

Controls that need your help

Euclid cannot enter passwords or card details, switch organisations, use external websites, operate native file pickers, or work with every canvas and drag-only control. Complete those steps yourself when needed. If a form has unsaved changes, resolve them before asking Euclid to navigate elsewhere.
