Health Club (Spa + Gym)
Configure spa treatments and gym classes as separate sections within one shared Simple Mode booking flow
Health Club Simple Mode is a composite preset. It keeps spa treatments and fitness classes in separate workspace sections while publishing them through one shared customer flow. The workspace is named Spa & gym services.

The shared customer journey is service category → service → date & time. Party size is not enabled.
Configure the Spa Section
In Spa & Treatments:
- Create Treatment Categories.
- Add Treatments with their prices and fixed appointment durations.
- Add Treatment Rooms with calendar availability.
- Connect each Treatment to the rooms that can fulfil it.
The workspace presents the spa section as Categories & Treatments beside Calendars / Treatment Rooms.
Configure the Gym Section
In Gym, Classes & PT:
- Create Class Categories.
- Add Class Types for classes or PT sessions.
- Add or link Studio / Class Capacity inventory.
- Configure its slot schedule and per-slot capacity.
Each Class Type is a folder containing its connected inventory.
How Tiquo Keeps the Sections Separate
New categories and services are tagged to the section where they are created. Existing items without a section tag are assigned by scheduling type: calendar-based items go to Spa & Treatments and slot-based items go to Gym, Classes & PT.
On the customer-facing catalog, the two sections are labelled Treatments and Classes. They still share the same Booking Flow settings, appearance, localization, notifications, and deployment.
The business type is locked once services or inventory exist.
Use Advanced Mode when the spa and gym require different customer flows, when a service crosses both scheduling models, or when resource connections cannot be represented within the two sections. After settings are edited in Advanced Mode, that flow cannot return to Simple Mode.
