API overview
Use Tiquo's APIs and developer tools to connect other systems, extend platform features, and build custom interfaces.
The APIs support internal tools and customer-facing applications, with security and permission controls for each use.
APIs and developer components
Admin API
Used by trusted server-side systems to work with customers, companies, orders, bookings, enquiries, tasks, store credit, and supporting metadata. Access is limited by the permissions assigned to each API key.
Customer API
Used for customer-facing interactions, including booking flows, customer actions, and real-time availability queries. This API is commonly used for websites, apps, and embedded experiences.
DOM Package
A headless npm SDK for authentication, customer data, analytics, custom service catalogs, and secure Tiquo booking or membership embeds. Your website or application supplies its own interface.
OIDC / OAuth IDP
Tiquo can act as an identity provider using OIDC and OAuth standards, allowing you to authenticate customers across multiple systems using a single, secure identity.
