APIs and developer tools for custom integrations and experiences
API Overview
Tiquo provides a comprehensive set of APIs and developer tools that allow you to integrate deeply with the platform, extend functionality, and build custom experiences on top of core features.
The API ecosystem is designed to support both internal operational tooling and customer-facing applications, while maintaining strong security and permission boundaries.
APIs and Developer Components
Admin API
Used for administrative and configuration-level operations such as managing organisations, locations, sublocations, products, services, customers, and reporting. This API is typically used by back-office systems or internal tooling.
Client API
Used for customer-facing interactions, including booking flows, customer actions, and real-time availability queries. This API is commonly used for websites, apps, and embedded experiences.
DOM Package
A client-side package used to embed and customise customer flows, portals, and interactive experiences directly into your website or application while staying connected to Tiquo's backend.
OIDC / OAuth IDP
Tiquo can act as an identity provider using OIDC and OAuth standards, allowing you to authenticate customers across multiple systems using a single, secure identity.
Tracking Pixel
Used to track customer behaviour, attribution, and interactions across flows and touchpoints. This data feeds into analytics, segmentation, and predictive models.
