Spa & Treatments
Configure treatment categories, treatments, rooms, pricing, and appointment availability in Simple Mode
Spa & Treatments Simple Mode uses a connected workspace for appointment services and the rooms that fulfil them. Its workspace is named Treatments & treatment rooms.
Preset at a Glance
| Setting | Spa & Treatments behavior |
|---|---|
| Workspace | Treatments & treatment rooms |
| Customer journey | Treatment category → treatment → date & time |
| Category | Treatment Category |
| Service | Treatment |
| Inventory | Treatment Rooms, using calendar-based availability |
| Booking length | Fixed |
| Party size | Not used |
The workspace displays Categories & Treatments beside Calendars / Treatment Rooms. Connections between the two sides determine which room calendars can satisfy each treatment.
Configure Categories and Treatments
Use Add Treatment to create a bookable treatment such as a massage or facial. Configure its name, description, price, duration, capacity, status, and access settings.
Create Treatment Categories to group related treatments. The category step is included in the customer flow, but Tiquo skips it automatically while fewer than two categories are available.
Configure Treatment Rooms
Use Add Treatment Room to create a room calendar. Set its capacity and availability, then connect it to every treatment that the room can fulfil.
A treatment is only available when at least one of its connected, required room calendars can accept the booking. A room may be connected to multiple treatments when those treatments share the same physical capacity.
Configure the Booking Flow
The default booking order is treatment category, treatment, then date and time. Party size is disabled.
Use Booking Flow to manage the connected services, steps, scheduling, customer details, payment, policies, layout, and deployment. Appearance, localization, and notifications are also available in the Simple Mode sidebar.
The business type cannot be changed after services or inventory have been created unless those items are deleted.
Use Advanced Mode for staff-specific resource allocation, multiple customer flows, optional or fallback inventory logic, or a custom service graph. After settings are edited in Advanced Mode, that flow cannot return to Simple Mode.
