Configure class categories, class or PT session types, studios, schedules, pricing, and capacity in Simple Mode
Gym, Classes & PT Simple Mode is built for scheduled fitness classes and personal-training session types. Its workspace is named Classes, sessions & studios.
Preset at a Glance
| Setting | Gym, Classes & PT behavior |
|---|---|
| Workspace | Classes, sessions & studios |
| Customer journey | Class category → class or session → date & time |
| Category | Class Category |
| Service | Class Type |
| Inventory | Studio / Class Capacity, using slot-based availability |
| Booking length | Fixed |
| Party size | Not used |
Each Class Type appears as a folder containing its connected Studio / Class Capacity inventory.
Organise Class Categories and Types
Create Class Categories such as Strength, Mind & Body, or Personal Training, then add Class Types such as Yoga, HIIT, or PT Session.
Configure each Class Type with its name, description, images, price, fixed duration, status, and access settings. The category step is skipped automatically while fewer than two Class Categories are available.
Configure Studios and Class Capacity
Open a Class Type folder and choose Add Studio / Class Capacity. You can create new inventory with separate capacity and availability or link an existing inventory item.
This inventory is slot based. Configure its scheduled slots and capacity to define when the class can be booked and how many places are available.
Link the same studio or capacity inventory to multiple Class Types when they consume the same limited resource. Drag inventory between folders when its connection should be reassigned.
Configure the Booking Flow
The customer selects a Class Category, a Class Type, then an available date and time. Party size is disabled; capacity comes from the selected slot.
Use Booking Flow to manage steps, scheduling, customer details, payment, policies, layout, and deployment. Appearance, localization, and notifications are also available.
Use Advanced Mode for sessions requiring several resources, separate member and public journeys, or custom staff allocation. After settings are edited in Advanced Mode, that flow cannot return to Simple Mode.
