Bar
Configure bar tables, individual seats, availability, and reservation rules in Simple Mode
Bar Simple Mode is built around bookable tables and individual bar seats. The workspace is named Bar tables & seating and keeps a single underlying Table Service and Tables calendar behind the seating view.

Simple Mode supports one Table Service and one Tables inventory item. The table and seat cards are instances of that inventory.
Add and Configure Tables
Click Add Table to create a new table. Tiquo creates and connects the underlying service and inventory automatically when the first table is added.
Open a table card to configure:
- Its ID, name, and active status
- Minimum and maximum guest capacity
- Floorplan assignment
- Round, square, or rectangular table shape
- The chair count shown on the floorplan
Add Individual Bar Seats
Click Add Bar Seat in the Bar seating section to create individually bookable counter seats. Tiquo numbers new seats automatically, fixes each seat to one guest, and represents it as a chair on the floorplan.
Use tables for reservations assigned to a whole table and bar seats when each physical seat should be allocated separately.
Configure Availability and Booking Rules
Open Bar availability to set the service hours, booking windows, and calendar availability shared by all tables and seats.
Use Booking Flow to configure the reservation journey, customer details, payment, policies, layout, and deployment. Appearance, localization, and notifications are also available from the Simple Mode sidebar.
The business type is locked once services or inventory exist. If the flow contains more than one service or inventory item, Simple Mode identifies it as an advanced configuration.
Use Advanced Mode for multiple reservation services, multiple seating inventories, or custom connections. After settings are edited in Advanced Mode, that flow cannot return to Simple Mode.
