WhatsApp marketing and guest communication (Private Preview)
WhatsApp marketing and guest communication is currently in Private Preview. Availability is limited to selected organizations.
WhatsApp will allow organizations to send marketing campaigns and operational guest communications through WhatsApp Business.
Planned capabilities include:
- Marketing campaigns sent to opted-in customers
- Booking and order confirmations
- Reminders and updates
- Two-way conversations with guests
WhatsApp communications will respect the same marketing consent rules as email, and will integrate with the Tiquo CRM, Lists, and Segments.
More documentation will be published when WhatsApp moves out of Private Preview.
