SMS marketing and guest communication (Private Preview)
SMS marketing and guest communication is currently in Private Preview. Availability is limited to selected organizations.
SMS will allow organizations to send marketing campaigns and operational guest communications by text message.
Planned capabilities include:
- Marketing campaigns sent to opted-in customers
- Booking and order confirmations
- Reminders and updates
- Short, time-sensitive notifications
SMS communications will respect the same marketing consent rules as email, and will integrate with the Tiquo CRM, Lists, and Segments.
More documentation will be published when SMS moves out of Private Preview.
