Connect Tiquo to Zapier automation workflows

Zapier

Private preview: The Tiquo Zapier integration is currently available only to invited organizations. It is not listed publicly in the Zapier App Directory, and supported triggers and actions may change during the preview.

The Tiquo Zapier integration lets invited organizations connect Tiquo data to automated workflows in Zapier. You can use it to send customer, company, order, and booking events into other tools, or to create and update selected records in Tiquo from a Zap.

The integration uses the Tiquo Admin API, so setup requires an Admin API key generated from your Tiquo dashboard.

Preview Availability

Zapier access is enabled by invitation during the private preview. If your organization has been invited, Tiquo will provide access to the private Zapier app version and setup instructions.

If you do not have access yet, contact your Tiquo account contact or support team to request preview access.

Supported Zapier Capabilities

During private preview, the Zapier integration supports:

TypeCapability
TriggerNew Customer
TriggerNew Company
TriggerNew Order
TriggerNew Booking
SearchFind Customer
SearchFind Company
SearchFind Order
SearchFind Booking
ActionCreate Customer
ActionUpdate Customer
ActionUpdate Company

Requirements

Before connecting Tiquo to Zapier, make sure you have:

  • Access to the private preview Zapier integration
  • A Tiquo user role with permission to manage Admin API keys
  • A valid Admin API key from Settings > API
  • A Zapier account with access to the private Tiquo app

Admin API keys provide server-side administrative access to organization data. Store keys securely and only connect them to trusted Zapier accounts.

Set Up Tiquo in Zapier

  1. Open the private Tiquo app in Zapier using the invitation or private app link provided by Tiquo.
  2. Create or edit a Zap.
  3. Select Tiquo as the app for a trigger, search, or action.
  4. When prompted, connect your Tiquo account using an Admin API key.
  5. Test the selected trigger or action with sample data.
  6. Turn on the Zap once you have confirmed the workflow behaves as expected.

Data Access and Permissions

Zapier can access only the organization associated with the Admin API key used during connection. If you manage multiple organizations, create and connect the key from the organization you want the Zap to use.

Revoking an Admin API key in Tiquo will stop any Zapier workflows that depend on that key.

Preview Limitations

Because this integration is in private preview:

  • Availability is limited to invited organizations
  • The app is not yet public in the Zapier App Directory
  • Supported triggers, searches, actions, fields, and output formats may change
  • Tiquo may request feedback or diagnostic details while stabilizing the integration

For direct API access, see the Admin API reference.
