Install and use the Tiquo desktop app for macOS

macOS App Overview

The Tiquo macOS app gives staff a dedicated desktop version of the Tiquo dashboard. It is designed for teams who use Tiquo throughout the day and want the dashboard to feel like a native app rather than another browser tab.

The app opens the same Tiquo workspace as the web app, with native macOS window controls and a focused desktop shell around the dashboard.

The macOS app can be downloaded from Tiquo:

Download the latest Tiquo macOS app

The installer downloads as a .dmg file. Open the file, then drag Tiquo into the Applications folder.

The macOS app is built for Apple Silicon Macs.

When to Use the macOS App

Use the macOS app when staff work from a fixed desktop or laptop and need regular access to Tiquo.

Typical uses include:

  • Managing orders, bookings, enquiries, and customer profiles
  • Configuring products, services, locations, and sublocations
  • Reviewing analytics and activity
  • Working across multiple operational areas from one device

For mobile floor operations, check-in, scanning, and iPad-specific modes, use the Staff iOS app.

Installation

Download the app

Open the macOS download page and download the latest Tiquo .dmg file.

Open the installer

Double-click the downloaded .dmg file.

Move Tiquo to Applications

Drag Tiquo into the Applications folder.

Open Tiquo

Launch Tiquo from Applications and sign in with your organisation account.

Updates

When a newer macOS app is available, download the latest .dmg from the same download page and replace the existing app in Applications.

Your Tiquo data is stored in Tiquo, not inside the app bundle, so replacing the app does not remove your organisation data.
