Tiquo mobile app for iPhone and iPad

iOS App Overview

The Tiquo iOS app is designed for day-to-day operations on the floor. It allows staff to manage check-ins, take payments, open and manage tabs, scan QR codes, and view live operational data without needing access to the full web app.

The iOS app supports both iPhone and iPad, with additional layouts and modes available on iPad for fixed or semi-fixed setups.

Supported Devices

iPhone

The iOS app supports all modern iPhones capable of running iOS 16 or later, including:

  • iPhone SE (2nd generation and newer)
  • iPhone 11 and newer models

iPhone is typically used for mobile POS, check-in, scanning, and staff workflows.

iPad

The iOS app supports iPads running iPadOS 16 or later, including:

  • iPad (8th generation and newer)
  • iPad Air (3rd generation and newer)
  • iPad Pro (all modern models)
  • iPad mini (5th generation and newer)

iPad unlocks additional layouts and modes such as schedule display and kitchen display system, making it suitable for docked or fixed locations.

Mobile vs iPad Functionality

On iPhone

The app is optimised for:

  • Mobile POS
  • Check-in and attendance
  • QR code and barcode scanning
  • Managing open tabs
  • Quick customer lookup
  • Tap to Pay on iPhone (pay to phone)

Tap to Pay allows staff to accept contactless payments directly on an iPhone without additional hardware.

On iPad

The app supports:

  • All core operational features (POS, check-in, tabs, scanning)
  • Larger POS layouts
  • Docked POS setups
  • Schedule display mode
  • Kitchen display system

Tap to Pay is not available on iPad. iPad-based payment flows require a connected PDQ terminal.

Sign In

Open the app and sign in using your organisation account

Select Location

Select your location and sublocation

Access and features are automatically determined by your role and permissions.
