HubSpot
Connect HubSpot to synchronize customers, companies, and enquiries with Tiquo.
The Integration Marketplace is visible to all dashboard users. Connecting or managing an integration is currently restricted to authorised Tiquo staff. Contact your Tiquo account contact or support team when you are ready to connect; the steps below describe the access and configuration they will need.
The HubSpot integration keeps supported Tiquo CRM records aligned with a HubSpot account without manual exports.
What the integration synchronizes
| Tiquo | HubSpot | Supported direction |
|---|---|---|
| Customer | Contact | Two-way |
| Company | Company | Two-way |
| Enquiry | Deal | Two-way |
Tiquo stores the HubSpot record ID for every linked record. Later updates target that link instead of intentionally creating another record. Custom HubSpot properties can be mapped to organization-specific Tiquo fields.
Before you begin
You need:
- Permission to manage integrations in Tiquo.
- An active HubSpot account.
- HubSpot Super Admin access, or App Marketplace access plus permission to approve every requested scope.
Tiquo already manages the production HubSpot OAuth application. You do not need to create a HubSpot developer app or enter a client ID or client secret.
Connect HubSpot
- In Tiquo, open Settings > Integrations.
- Find HubSpot and select Connect.
- Sign in to HubSpot and select the HubSpot account to connect.
- Review the requested CRM permissions.
- Select Connect app.
- Return to Tiquo and open HubSpot > Settings.
Start the connection from Tiquo. Do not try to install Tiquo from the HubSpot Marketplace page: the Tiquo connection is created through this authorization flow. If HubSpot displays an unverified-app warning while Marketplace review is pending, confirm that the app is named Tiquo, is provided by Tiquo, and asks for the expected CRM permissions before continuing.
Configure and use HubSpot in Tiquo
- Under Data flow, enable either or both directions:
- HubSpot to Tiquo imports contacts, companies, and deals.
- Tiquo to HubSpot sends customers, companies, and enquiries.
- Select the HubSpot deal pipeline used for Tiquo enquiries.
- Map the HubSpot stages that represent open, won, and lost enquiries.
- Optional: map custom HubSpot properties to Tiquo customer, company, or enquiry fields.
- Choose which version wins conflicts: HubSpot, Tiquo, or the newest update.
- Select Save settings.
Standard names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company fields, and Tiquo identity properties are handled automatically. Add custom mappings only for fields specific to your organization.
Connected account
The integration settings show the HubSpot account connected to Tiquo. Check the account name and HubSpot account ID before changing mappings or starting an initial sync. This is especially important when the same Tiquo team has access to several HubSpot accounts.
Initial sync and duplicate handling
After the connection and mappings are saved, the first inbound run imports the supported HubSpot records available to the connected account. The settings page shows the current stage of this initial sync. When outbound customer data is enabled, Tiquo can also run a restartable export of existing Tiquo customers.
The initial sync can take time on a large account. Do not disconnect or replace the connection because the progress indicator has not moved immediately. Open Data flow health first and check whether work is queued, running, complete, or failed.
Tiquo first reuses stable external links and supported identity matches. Once a record is linked, later syncs update it. The integration does not intentionally create a new customer on every run. Review unlinked records before combining them; Tiquo does not silently merge unrelated people based only on a similar name.
Monitor, open, or disconnect records
Open Data flow health to review each record type, see queued or failed outbound updates, retry failures, and start an existing-customer export. The direction icons show whether each data flow imports from HubSpot or exports from Tiquo.
When a Tiquo customer is linked to HubSpot, their customer profile displays a HubSpot link. Select it to open the matching contact in HubSpot.
Disconnect HubSpot from the integration's Settings in Tiquo. Existing records remain in both systems. To remove the app in HubSpot as well, open HubSpot Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps, open the actions menu for Tiquo, and select Uninstall.
