Moving to Tiquo

Work through setup, migration, and training with your team.

Open Settings > Moving to Tiquo while your organisation's onboarding is unfinished. Each stage saves your progress so you can return to it later. Completed onboarding may no longer appear for customer accounts; contact your Tiquo team if it needs to be reopened.

Get Started

Add your business locations and country, arrange the payment account, and set up your email and portal domains. Invite the colleagues helping with setup, then book your kickoff session with the assigned product expert.

Check the country and legal-entity details before setting up payments. They affect the accounts and hardware your venues can use. When you add a location, its time zone and currency are filled in from the address, and its receipt and invoice language defaults from the country. Country, time zone, currency, and language are locked once the location is saved. See Creating a new location.

Business Set Up

Decide how each location is divided into sublocations. Import customer records, choose whether to offer memberships or loyalty, and decide how customers will interact with Tiquo. The stage also asks about hardware needs.

The customer importer guides you through Upload CSV, Match columns, and Review & import. Review the mapping and the import result before using imported profiles in campaigns or bookings. See Import Data for supported imports, including enquiries. Ask your Tiquo team about legacy memberships that need a managed migration.

Products and Services Set Up

Build the catalogue for each sublocation. Retail sublocations need products; service sublocations need services. A sublocation that offers both has both setup tasks. Create the sublocations in Business Set Up before adding their catalogue.

Book Your Training Sessions

Arrange the relevant training sessions for your team. Review the expert, session type, and available times before confirming a booking. Your organisation's setup page shows the included onboarding and training package in the relevant currency.

Some completed sections can be closed to further editing. Ask the Tiquo team to reopen a closed section if the setup needs correcting.
