Why does a member signed into the portal need to sign into my website?

Signing into the separate Customer Portal does not establish a session in your website's DOM Package or Hosted Package. Sign the customer in through the package on your website before loading member-only data or opening a member booking.

The DOM Package uses sendOTP() and verifyOTP(). The Hosted Package can bind a passwordless login form with data-tiquo-form="passwordless-login". Login and signup use the same email-code flow; collect additional profile fields after sign-in.

Once the website has a customer session, supported Tiquo embeds reuse it automatically through a short-lived iframe-token exchange. Access and refresh tokens are not put in the iframe URL. Ensure the website domain is allowed under Settings > Website SDK.
