How do I connect my Shopify store?
Install Tiquo from the Shopify App Store and choose where Shopify orders go.
You need the Manage integrations permission in Tiquo and permission to install apps on the store.
- In Tiquo, open Settings > Integrations, find Shopify and select Connect. The Shopify App Store opens in a new tab.
- Install Tiquo on your store. Shopify sends you back to Tiquo.
- On Connect Shopify to Tiquo, check the organisation name and select Connect to followed by that name. To use another organisation, switch to it first.
- Open the actions menu on the Shopify card and select Settings.
- Choose the Tiquo sublocation for Shopify orders, turn on Shopify to Tiquo, and select Save settings.
Tiquo then imports every customer, their marketing consent, B2B companies, orders and abandoned checkouts, and checks Shopify for changes every 15 minutes. Orders arrive as legacy orders, so make refunds and cancellations in Shopify.
