Why are some enquiries in Spam?

Tiquo holds form submissions that look like spam until staff check them.

Submissions from public forms and website enquiry forms are screened when they arrive. Ones that are usually spam but might come from a real person, such as a submission from a throwaway email address or one sent without the Tiquo form, are held in Spam instead of the enquiry list. A held submission creates no customer, sends no notifications, and does not run automations or integrations.

When anything is held, a Spam (n) button appears beside the filters on Orders → Enquiries. Open it to see each submission and the reason it was flagged.

  • Select Not spam for a real enquiry. It moves into Enquiries, and Tiquo creates or links the customer and sends the notifications that were skipped.
  • Select Delete to remove junk submissions permanently.

Submissions with clear signs of automation, such as HTML in an answer or a reserved test phone number, are discarded and never appear in Spam. See Spam submissions.
