How do I preview an entry or schedule it to publish later?
See an entry on your website before it goes live, or set a time for it to publish itself.
Preview on your website
In the entry editor, select Preview. Tiquo saves your changes, then shows the entry on your real website as last saved. Switch between desktop, tablet, and mobile widths at the top. Nobody else can see the preview until you publish.
If there's no Preview button, it usually means the collection's entries don't have their own page on the website, such as banners shown on another page.
Schedule publishing
- Select Schedule in the entry editor. Tiquo saves your changes first.
- Pick the date and time. Times are in your own time zone, shown in the dialog.
- Select Schedule.
A draft is published at that time. For an entry that is already live, your saved changes go live at that time instead. Anything you save before then is included. The entry shows Scheduled or Changes scheduled with the time.
To change or cancel it, select Reschedule, then pick a new time or select Cancel schedule. Publishing, unpublishing, archiving, or deleting the entry also cancels the schedule.
If the scheduled publish can't go through, for example because a required field is empty, the editor explains why and offers Schedule again.
