Where do I find analytics?
Find the analytics dashboard and open detailed reports.
Open Analytics in the main sidebar to see a customisable grid of stat and chart cards. Use the controls above the grid to edit it, filter by location or date, compare periods, and choose Daily, Weekly, or Monthly granularity. Click a card to open a larger drill-down view.
Use line and area charts for trends over time and donut charts for breakdowns. Map and globe views show metrics by location (Sales by Location, Bookings Globe). Funnel and Sankey charts show pipelines (Conversion Funnel, Order/Booking/Enquiry flow), while hourly views show time-of-day patterns (Avg Bookings by Hour, Avg In-Person Activity by Hour). Pipeline visualisations also cover status-based metrics. Use Edit to reorder, hide, or replace cards.
