Import Customers

Customer imports allow you to bring existing customer records into Tiquo. Imported customers are added to the CRM and can immediately be used across bookings, orders, memberships, marketing, and analytics.

Customer data is matched and structured to support unified profiles across locations and sublocations.

Import Products and Services

Products and services can be imported to populate your catalog quickly. This includes names, pricing, categories, and other configuration details needed for bookings, orders, and point of sale.

Once imported, products and services can be further refined, assigned to locations or sublocations, and linked to availability or inventory rules as needed.

Verify Imported Data

After an import is complete, Tiquo provides tools to review and verify the imported data. This allows you to:
