How do I add a new staff member and control what they can access?

Add staff from Settings and assign one of the 4 default roles, or create a custom role with the permissions they need. Under Sublocation Settings > Security, you can require a numeric passcode before staff switch into that Sublocation on the mobile app. This is useful when several sublocations share devices.
