How do I create a company from a customer's work email?
Create a company profile in one click from the company suggested on a customer's profile.
When a customer isn't linked to a company, their profile looks at their work email address. If it belongs to a company you don't have a profile for yet, the company row shows that company's name with a Create company profile button.
- Open the customer's profile.
- Beside the suggested company name, select Create company profile.
- Review the Add New Company form. The website, email domain, logo, and, when it was found, the trading name are already filled in.
- Select Create Company.
Tiquo links every customer with that email domain to the new company, and Company Intelligence researches their roles.
Suggestions aren't shown for personal, temporary, or relay email addresses, such as Gmail, Hotmail, or Apple's Hide My Email, or for a domain another company in your organisation already uses. The suggestion is part of Company Intelligence, so it is hidden when Company Intelligence is turned off under Settings > Tiquo AI.
