Configure legal entities, user access, and permissions for your organization

Tiquo supports multiple legal entities within a single organization. Each legal entity can represent a separate company, brand, or operating structure, while still being managed centrally within one platform.

Each sublocation can be assigned to the same legal entity or a different one. This allows businesses to accurately reflect real-world operating models, such as a hotel and an on-site restaurant operating as separate legal entities.

Tiquo also allows a single customer payment to be taken across multiple legal entities and sublocations. For example, if a guest spends money at a hotel and its independently operated restaurant, Tiquo can process one combined payment and automatically split and settle the funds to the correct legal entities. This removes the need for manual reconciliation or cross-charging while keeping financial reporting accurate and compliant.

User Access and Permissions

Tiquo provides granular control over user access and permissions. Team members are assigned roles that define what they can see and do across the platform, from operational tasks to financial and administrative functions.

Access can be scoped by organization, location, or sublocation, ensuring users only have visibility into the areas relevant to their role. This helps maintain security, clarity, and operational control as teams and locations scale.
