How do I show a customer's remaining Access Passes and Guest Passes?
Display pass balances separately from the list of guests a member has invited.
Use getPassBalances() in either package. It returns accessPassBalance and guestPassBalance, with totals and per-pass-type balances. The DOM Package requires 1.13.0 or newer. The customer must be signed in.
The Hosted Package can display totals without JavaScript using data-tiquo-pass-balance-total="access", "guest", or "guest-held". Use data-tiquo-pass-balances="access" or "guest" for a list by pass type.
Pass balances count uses left. getGuestPasses() lists invitations and is not a balance. In limited mode, sending an invitation reserves a Guest Pass: it moves from the available total into heldByInvitations. Acceptance keeps it reserved, reception registration uses it, and expiry or revocation returns it. The guest does not gain a pass in their own balance by accepting.
Balances exclude expired, used-up, revoked, archived, and not-yet-started passes, and passes from inactive memberships. They include membership allowances due for the current period even when issued on first use. Package Passes are not included.
Refresh balances when activity changes them. Hosted bindings refresh after invitation creation or acceptance; call window.Tiquo.render() for other refreshes, such as when the page regains focus. See DOM pass balances and Hosted pass balances.
