Can I build my own guest invitation interface and show upcoming guests?
Create and accept Guest Flow invitations, share links, and display invitations on your website.
Yes. Both packages expose getGuestFlows(), getGuestFlow(), createGuestInvitations(), getGuestInvitation(), acceptGuestInvitation(), and getGuestPasses(). The DOM Package requires 1.9.1 or newer. Customers must be signed in with a completed profile.
Create a Guest Flow under Settings > Registration > Guest Pre-Registration. Choose a Customer Portal destination or My own website for a custom acceptance page. Creating invitations returns share links and text; it does not email the guests. Keep each token so you can check status and offer Share again, and reuse the same submission tokens when retrying an unchanged request.
getGuestPasses() lists live sent and accepted invitations. The Hosted Package can render them with data-tiquo-guest-passes. For a custom acceptance page, keep the invitation URL parameter through sign-in and profile completion, then call acceptGuestInvitation(token).
Invitations cannot be edited, and members cannot cancel sent invitations. Staff can revoke pending invitations in Registration settings. Booking attendees collected at checkout are a separate feature; they do not use Guest Flows or Guest Passes.
