How do members invite guests and use Guest Passes?

Reserve an invitation and register the guest when they arrive.

A signed-in member opens Guest registration in the customer portal, chooses an available Guest Flow, selects the visit date and location, and enters the guest's name. With one eligible location, it is selected automatically.

Share the invitation link produced by the flow. With guest limits on, sending the invitation reserves one of the member's Guest Passes. The guest signs in and accepts it, which keeps the pass held for them; staff registration at an eligible sublocation consumes it on arrival.

The portal lists live sent passes as Assigned and received passes as Accepted. Expired, revoked, and consumed invitations leave that live list. Staff can still review their history on customer profiles.

Members can't cancel or edit an invitation once it's sent. An unaccepted invitation expires at the end of its visit date and returns the pass; staff can also revoke a pending invitation in Settings > Registration under Guest Flow invitations.

See Guest Passes for allowances and expiry.
