How do I find out each customer's role at their company?
Let Company Intelligence set roles such as Owner, Executive, or Manager for customers linked to a company.
With Company Intelligence turned on, Tiquo AI sets a customer's role, such as Owner, Executive, Manager, or Employee, whenever they are linked to a company. It uses publicly available information, such as the company's own website and public professional profiles.
To research customers who were already linked to a company:
- Open the company's detail page.
- Open the Company Actions menu (⋯) at the top of the page.
- Select Research roles with Tiquo AI.
Roles update in the company's Customers tab as each one is found. A role found by Company Intelligence shows a sparkle icon; hover over it to see the job title, a short summary of the evidence, and its sources.
Research roles with Tiquo AI appears only while every customer linked to the company has the Employee role, and only when Company Intelligence is turned on under Settings > Tiquo AI. It never changes a role your team has chosen, and you can change any role yourself at any time.
