Understand Tiquo's pricing model and subscription plans
Open Settings > Plan to view your subscription, pricing, and payment details in Plan & Billing.
Subscription plans
Choose from Launch, Scale, and Enterprise. Plan & Billing shows monthly prices and starting card rates, with custom pricing for Enterprise.
Review the included features, support, add-ons, and commercial terms before choosing a plan.
What you pay for

| Subscription | Monthly access to Tiquo, billed by sublocation units. |
| Marketing | Priced separately, based on the total customers in your database. See the Marketing section of Plan & Billing. |
| Payment processing | A single card transaction fee applies when payments are processed. See your commercial agreement for the full fee schedule. |
Sublocation billing
Each sublocation is billed according to its enabled capabilities:

Enabling services or products on an existing sublocation from Sublocation Settings > General > Services & Products can add that unit to your subscription. Any change applies from your next invoice.

Card rates
Plan & Billing shows starting card rates. Lower rates are available on higher tiers and at increased payment volumes.

In the US, starting rates depend on the card type:

The fee you pay depends on the region, card type and transaction. See payment processing fees for the full breakdown.
To see the full fee schedule inside Tiquo, select More information on the Tiers card in Plan & Billing. It covers plan pricing, card and in-person payment fees, other payment methods, and additional charges, and you can switch the amounts between GBP, EUR, USD, and CHF.
Manage billing
- Billing cycle: subscriptions are billed monthly.
- Account Billing Setup: review connected accounts and their billable units. Add payment details for each billable account.
- Payment method: choose card or direct debit where supported. Direct debit may take longer to confirm; check its status on the billing screen.
- Billing History: access past invoices when available.
Plan selection and Billing History are disabled in the demo platform.
