Subscription & Fees

Understand Tiquo's pricing model and subscription plans

Tiquo is priced to scale with your business, using a simple per-sublocation subscription model combined with card transaction fees. This structure allows organisations to add locations, services, and teams without being charged per user.

Subscriptions unlock access to the Tiquo platform, while transaction fees apply only when payments are processed.

Subscription Plans

Tiquo is available across three subscription tiers. Each plan is billed per sublocation per month and includes access to the core platform. Differences between plans reflect operational scale, reporting depth, support level, and commercial terms.

Launch plans are billed per sublocation and support entry-level transaction rates. Scale plans suit more complex operations across multiple services and locations. Enterprise plans are custom priced based on organisational requirements.

Transaction Fees and Payment Costs

Payments processed through Tiquo are subject to a single card transaction fee. This fee represents the total cost of processing a card payment and varies based on subscription tier, transaction volume, and commercial agreement.

Transaction rates improve as businesses scale, with lower rates available on higher tiers and at increased volumes.

Billing Cycles and Invoices

Subscriptions are billed monthly per sublocation. Invoices are issued at the organisation level and may include subscription charges and applicable transaction fees for the billing period.

All invoices, billing history, and related documents are accessible within the platform for finance, reporting, and auditing purposes.
