Yes. Choose the form behavior that matches the submission:

Enquiry and marketing forms support public submission without signing the visitor in. Enquiries find or create a customer by email for an anonymous submission; a signed-in enquiry is attached to the authenticated customer. An enquiry can store answers against the selected enquiry type and initialize missing customer-editable profile parameters. It cannot overwrite existing profile values, including seeded marketing consent defaults.
Use marketing signup for explicitly checked email/SMS opt-ins. False or omitted opt-ins do not unsubscribe an existing customer. Use authenticated profile preferences for opt-out. Marketing signup creates no enquiry or login session.
