Can I build a customer account area on my own website?

Yes. Build your own account-page layout with the DOM Package, or use Hosted Package data attributes and forms in a website builder. Supported features include:

• Customer profile details, editable parameters, photos, and marketing preferences.
• Orders, receipts, bookings, booking images and locations, and eligible cancellation or rescheduling actions.
• Membership details and available public plans, using the supported interface for your package.
• Saved-card forms and management.
• Guest invitations, Guest Pass invitation lists, and Access Pass and Guest Pass balances.
• Wallet-card links, companies, enquiries, and saved business policies.

The DOM Package is headless: your application owns the pages, navigation, loading states, and errors. Use Tiquo's supported booking, membership, card, or Guest Flow embeds for those journeys. The package's authenticated embed bridge is for compatible /embed/ flows; it does not turn the entire Customer Portal settings page into an account widget.

Business policies can be shown without customer sign-in. Copy a policy ID from Settings > Policies and use getPolicy() or the Hosted Package's policy attributes.
