Can customers add or edit multiple email addresses and phone numbers?

Use full contact lists and verify ownership before adding a new secondary email.

Yes. updateProfile() supports full emails and phones lists. Hosted Package 1.3.0 or newer also supports indexed profile-form bindings such as emails.0.address and phones.0.number. These lists replace the complete stored list, so include every row you want to retain.

A new secondary email must be verified first through the authenticated Customer API:

  1. Call POST /profile/email-verification/send with the new email.
  2. Ask the customer for the emailed code.
  3. Call POST /profile/email-verification/verify with the same email and otp. Successful verification adds the address.

Adding an unverified email through updateProfile() or an indexed form is rejected. A profile can have up to five email addresses, and the new address must not already belong to another customer in the organisation. These verification endpoints are separate Customer API calls, not automatic Hosted Package form actions.

For national-format phone numbers, include phoneCountry for a single phone or countryCode on each full-list entry so Tiquo can save the international number. Do not assume phone-list editing performs the email ownership-verification flow.
