How do I find a pickup order placed without signing in?
Search the Orders list for the name the customer typed at checkout.
A customer who orders through Order & Pick Up without signing in types a name. Tiquo saves that name on the order, so you can:
- see it in the Orders list,
- find the order by searching for the name,
- read it on the order's Customers card.
No customer profile is created for the name. A customer who signed in before ordering appears with their own profile instead. Kitchen tickets and KDS cards keep the name on the pickup line for the collection label.
