How do I choose whether voids print in the kitchen?

Set the sublocation's Void tickets option to print automatically, ask staff, or never print.

  1. Open Sublocation Settings for the sublocation and select KDS Locations.
  2. Under Ticket layout, find Void tickets.
  3. Choose one option. It saves straight away.
    • Print automatically (the default): voiding an item the kitchen already has prints a VOID ticket at its station.
    • Ask staff each time: Tiquo App and Tiquo PDQ ask whether to print after each void. Voiding a whole tab still prints.
    • Don't print: the kitchen gets no VOID tickets, so tell the kitchen in person.

VOID tickets print at Order Tickets stations, and only for items the kitchen already has on paper. Wasted items never print. Voiding a whole open tab, including cancelling it from the dashboard, prints one VOID ticket per station listing everything that station was sent.
