How do I refund an order if a customer was unhappy with an item?

Open the order, click the three-dot menu in the top right, choose Cancel & Refund. The Refund Order dialog supports Full Refund or Partial Refund (select specific order items or partial amounts within items). Refunds flow back through the original Stripe account.
